1987 - Prince's third movie "Sign 'O' The Times" opened.
1996 - Prince gave an interview on TV's "Oprah."
2001 - Prince released the album "The Rainbow Children."
2001 - The "If I Was Prince" tribute album was released.
2003 - The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation announced that Prince would be inducted on March 15, 2004. Prince was inducted at the first possible chance.
