1893 - In Wyoming, the Legislature divided Wyoming into four judicial districts.

1907 - An act of the Legislature approved the premises and property of the state deaf, blind and dumb asylum in Cheyenne to be assigned for use by the military. The act also transferred the penitentiary at Laramie to the University of Wyoming.

1910 - In Philadelphia, PA, the USS Wyoming keel was laid down.

1911 - Governor Carey approved an act by the Legislature that created Hot Springs, Washakie and Platte Counties.

1933 - A state record was set when the temperated dropped to -66°F in Riverside R.S., WY.

1955 - In Casper, WY, actor, and comedian Jim J. Bullock was born.
