1991 - "Michael Jackson: The Magic & the Madness" went on sale.
2004 - Michael Jackson's lawyers issued a document that claimed that prosecutors in Jackson's case had been withholding witnesses and more that 300 items seized in November 2003 raids on Jackson's Los Olivos, CA, home and other locations. The motion requested that the prosecution turn the items over under basic discovery obligations.
2005 - Mark Geragos, a former attorney of Michael Jackson, began is testimony at Jackson's child molestation trial. Geragos testified that Michael Jackson had told him that he "didn't do anything untoward or sexual and if anyone spent the night in his room it was unconditional love." He also testified that after he had investigated the accuser's family he found them to be bad news and he was gravely concerned for his client.
2013 - Stacy Walker, an associate choreographer, told a jury that she hadn't seen any signs that Michael Jackson was ill or might die in the final days of his life.
2014 - The Michael Jackson album XSCAPE was released by Epic Records.
